2. Make sure you design your own color template. You want your Adsense ads to blend into your website. The most common color to use for the actual Adsense url link is blue. But, if blue does not work well with your site make sure to color code the url link to the same color you have as a default link color. Make sure the text color you use on your website matches the Adsense text. Background colors must also blend together.
3. Strategically place your ads so that the remain in the viewers eye span. Do not put them at the bottom of your page. People rarely make it down to the bottom. Google has a great tool on their Adsense website which shows you how the majority of people eyes track through a website. Putting them at the top and left and right hand sides usually work best.
4. The better the content of your website, the better the Adsense ads Google provides. There are ads that pay as high as $80 a click. So, it’s imperative to make sure your website is “choked” full of great content. Make sure that your keywords in your Meta tags match the content on your website. You do not want fat loss ads popping up on a website for motorcycle parts. Make that mistake and your Adsense earnings will plummet.
5. Use pictures to draw attention to your Adsense ads. It’s a small black hat technique that Google will frown upon. But, their policy states you must have a border between the ads and the pictures, plus they state, the pictures can’t match the ads. But, if you use your head and think outside the box, you can find a way to use images.
